Can you compare my renewal with what I have now?
Yes. Let’s look beyond the monthly payment and compare limits, deductibles, exclusions and any changes in how you use your home or vehicles. Have your declarations page handy for our conversation. Call me to arrange an appropriate way to share documents.
I’m closing on a home soon. When should we talk?
As soon as you have the address and closing date. Tell me what your lender needs and when, so we can review the property and next steps. Don’t cancel an existing policy or assume a quote is proof that new coverage has started.
Can I switch insurance before my renewal date?
Often you can, but let’s check timing, cancellation terms and any refund or fees first. I’ll help you compare the proposed coverage and effective date. Keep your current coverage in place until the replacement is confirmed so you don’t create an unintended gap.
I’m not sure which policy I need. Can I just call you?
